Professional Bio:
Dan has over 30 years of experience in business with an emphasis in entrepreneurial service based endeavors. All 30 of those years have been in the healthcare field with the last 12 in the dental business. He owned a medical service business for over twelve years which has given him a unique perspective that has benefited many dental practices. The model of that business was similar to a dental practice.
Dan takes a unique approach to his dental practice consulting. His specialty is helping you achieve the production levels, profitability, and patient experience that compliments your philosophy, goals, and clinical expertise. He helps you increase the production and profitability in the dental practice by evaluations of the current systems and implementing small changes that turn into big results. Also, to provide an avenue for the dentist to receive special incentives that will lower his/her supply, equipment, and technical service costs.
Personal Bio:
Dan has been happily married for 22 years to his wife Kathleen. They have two daughters, Angie and Aly. The family is rounded out by two female cats and Dan’s great friend “Max”, his yellow lab that is the only other male in the household. In his spare time he enjoys activities with his family, most everything outdoors especially when his trusted companion Max can tag along. He and his family are very involved in their local church.
